Products sold by BB Education’s are new and guaranteed to be without defect. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions, product images or any other content found in this website are accurate, complete or error free.
If at reception a product is found to be damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered, BB Education undertakes to exchange or refund it, including delivery charges, provided the product is returned in the original packaging along with the delivery notice, a copy of the invoice and within prescribed deadline* of the delivery date.
A customer who wishes to return a product for another reason may choose between an exchange, a credit note or a refund. The exchange must take place within the time period provided set out above. For the return of non-defective items, products must be returned in the original packaging along with the delivery notice and a copy of the invoice. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to 50% depending on the stock conditions.
Customers must contact the BB Education Customer Service team at 514 273-9186 or 1 800 668-1108 prior to returning any merchandise. If product is eligible for refund, the Customer Service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To be accepted, all returns must have an authorization number.

Parents & Families: 30 days.
