Terms of Delivery
A delay of 4 to 5 working days must be allowed for delivery in Quebec and Ontario (5 to 8 in the rest of Canada) when products are in stock at our warehouse. In no event shall BB Education be liable for late delivery caused by an inventory shortage or a carrier.

General Conditions of Delivery
Minimum amount to bill to your credit card or institutional account is $35.00. Shipping and handling charges are specific to each customer’s account.

Institutions & Professionals
Handling and shipping conditions are specific to each customer’s account. In order to show them when browsing our website, your profile must be associated with your institutional account number. Once logged onto your profile, your handling and shipping conditions will appear at the top of your cart and prices will show directly on product pages throughout the website.
Depending on your account profile, a surcharge of 11% of the item’s cost may be applied, up to a maximum of $195 per order (depending on your province) for products identified by the “truck” pictogram (not added to any other fees).
Family section
For all orders of $35 (before taxes) and over billed to a personal credit card, shipping is $14.95 per order for Quebec and Ontario, and for other provinces (for delivery outside Canada, please contact our Customer Service). Shipping is free for any purchase of 90$ and more in the Family section on bb.ca.
However, additional delivery fees will be applied to Northern Regions and Remote Centres as defined by Canada Post. For those orders our Customer Service will contact you to confirm total shipping cost.
Certain items identified by the “truck” pictogram also have additional shipping charges. 11% of the item’s cost surcharge will be applied up to a maximum of $195 per order (depending on your province). Those charges are not added to any other fees.
When free delivery promotions are in effect, conditions for Northern Regions and Remote Centres as well as item surcharges are maintained.
