The SEORAS Cosy Space House is a versatile play and relaxation space designed for children ages 18 months and up. An excellent addition to daycares, childcare centres, preschools and early learning environments, this cosy playhouse provides children with a welcoming space for imaginative play, reading, observation and quiet time.

In busy early childhood environments, children may sometimes benefit from a quieter space away from the stimulation of the main activity area. The SEORAS Cosy Space House creates a comfortable calm corner or quiet space where children can take a break while remaining connected to the group.

A versatile playhouse for imaginative play

The SEORAS Cosy Space House encourages imaginative play, pretend play and role-playing activities. Children can create their own stories, play house, explore different scenarios or simply enjoy looking at books in a more intimate setting.

Windows and side openings provide excellent visibility from different angles. This open design allows children to observe their surroundings while educators can easily maintain visibility of the children inside the playhouse.

Designed to accommodate 2 to 3 children, the Cosy Space House is well suited for small-group activities, shared reading and quiet play.

An acoustic space for quiet time

A key feature of the SEORAS Cosy Space House is its roof made with Softouch acoustic panels. These panels help significantly reduce ambient noise, creating a calmer and more relaxing environment.

This makes the playhouse particularly useful as a quiet corner, calm-down space or relaxation area. Children can step away from the noise and stimulation of the main room without being completely separated from the rest of the group.

The acoustic design can also help create a more comfortable setting for quiet activities such as reading, observation and small-group play.

The SEORAS Cosy Space House can be incorporated into a variety of early childhood learning and play environments.
