The Weighted Caterpillar can be used by children, teenagers and adults seeking soothing sensory support, by people seeking calm and refocusing in times of stress or agitation, and in educational and therapeutic settings, during relaxation sessions or sensory activities. Huganimals may strengthen focus and attention, making them great study or work buddies. Huganimals weigh a substantial 2 kg each and, unlike most other weighted plush with weight clumped only in one area, Huganimals have their weight distributed evenly throughout their body, head, arms and legs, for the blissful feeling that they are hugging back. The extra-soft fabric provides a soothing tactile sensory experience. Huganimals are weighted with nontoxic glass beads sewn into a secure removable weighted insert, which allows for machine washing of the outer plush.
