Will my customer profile be transferred automatically?
If you made purchases on the bb.ca website in 2024 or 2025:
In this case, your profile will be automatically transferred to the new platform, and you do not need to create a new account.
If you made no purchases since 2024:
Your profile will not be migrated automatically. Don't hesitate to contact our help desk to know the future steps.
For a B2C profile or a BB account starting with 9, what changes will apply to my web profile?
B2C profiles and accounts starting with 9 must create a new profile.
Will secondary users be automatically transferred?
Secondary users will not be transferred automatically, but they can be recreated very easily, and a detailed tutorial will be available.
Will my shopping cart and purchase history be transferred automatically?
Your shopping carts and lists will not be transferred to the new site.

How does the B&B loyalty card work?

To get your loyalty card, visit a store
and have an associate activate it using your email address.

Do you offer curbside pickups?
Pickups in store are not available. To place your orders, you can visit one of our 2 boutiques or visit our visit bb.ca.
Where can I get gift cards?
Gift cards are only available in-store. They can be for any amount you choose and can only be used in-store.

Can I create a profile without buying anything?
Yes. If you are a new user, you can create a profile by clicking "Create your profile" in the top-right corner of your screen.
Note:
Registration takes only a few minutes and will save you time on future visits, since you won't have to re-enter some of your personal information.
If
you already have a profile, you must enter your email address and password in
the designated fields in the "Login" section.
How to make a return?
Return of Goods
Damaged product:
If, upon reception of your order, a product is damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered, Brault & Bouthillier is committed to exchange or refund it, including shipping costs, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, within the prescribed time*, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) voucher.
If the product is not damaged, but you want to return a product, you have three options: exchange the product for another, get a credit note or request a refund. Products that do not present any defects, must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by the Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) voucher, as well as a copy of the invoice.
Purchases made online or by the order desk:
If you wish to return a product you have purchased from any of our online stores, you must first obtain an Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) voucher from a customer service agent. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice and the Authorized Merchandise Return voucher (RMA). A restocking fee of 20% of the refunded goods will automatically be applied and could go up to 50% of the refunded goods depending on the condition of the products.
In-store purchases invoiced to an institutional account:
If you would like to return a product that you purchased in-store and that has been invoiced to an institutional account, you must first obtain an Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) voucher from a Customer Service Agent before presenting yourself in-store. In order for the return to be accepted, the product must be returned in good condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the invoice and the Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) voucher. A restocking fee of 20% of the refunded goods will automatically be applied and could go up to 50% of the refunded goods depending on the condition of the products.
* Prescribed deadlines vary according to the type of customer:
Institutions & Professionals: 90 days.
Parents & Families: 30 days.

All merchandise returns must be communicated to Brault & Bouthillier’s Customer Service by calling 514-273-9186 or 1-800-361-037 or by filling out the form . If the return conditions are met, the customer service agent will provide you with an Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) voucher.
Important: You will need this RMA voucher to make a return by mail or in-store. No return will be accepted without the Authorized Merchandise Return (RMA) voucher.

Who can go to your store?
Our store is open to the public, particularly to those who care about children's education: teachers, educators, parents, grandparents, etc.
Can I have my order delivered outside of Canada?

Could I get a catalogue?
All our catalogues are available electronically on our website. We also send printed copies to education and early childhood professionals. If you would like a printed copy, please contact us by phone at 514-273-9186 or 1-800-361-0178 and ask for the order department, or email us at sales@bb.ca. Please specify the type of institution you work for (e.g., school, daycare) so
