Determining the right lenght of a rope.
Stand in the middle of the rope, handles up. The handle tips should reach your armpit. Also, when you jump, the rope should just brush the floor beneath your feet. If the rope does not touch the floor, it is too short. But if it hits the floor in front of your feet, it is too long and should be shortened. The proper rope length is determined by your body height as follows.
