After accompanying more than 200,000 students, Cahier de traces returns in a brand-new edition! Completely revised and updated, Cahier de traces for Secondary School – Version 2 is an educational resource designed to support students throughout their visual arts learning process.

Throughout the workbook, students discover that visual arts are also a way to observe, make choices, experiment and express what they experience. They develop their artistic vocabulary and personal perspective while exploring different ways of creating.

This new edition includes:

Discovering artists from Quebec, Canada and around the world;
Exploring contemporary, digital, public and ephemeral art;
Activities that help develop visual arts vocabulary and skills;
Questions, research prompts and sketches to prepare creative projects;
Opportunities to reflect on their artistic process and recognize their own creative choices;
Updated artworks and references reflecting today's diverse artistic practices.

Current and inclusive, Version 2 of Cahier de traces supports classroom learning without imposing a single way of creating. It encourages students to develop their creativity, artistic awareness and personal approach.
