Each player has a construction board and 8 double-sided building cards. A challenge card is turned over and all players must place the 4 building cards. Whoever has made a city with the fewest errors wins the round and takes one more building card in hand. For the next round he will therefore have one more card to put down, which will allow slower players to have their chance! 4 construction boards in thick, rigid cardboard, 4 sets of 8 reversible building cards and 20 challenge cards.
