Remote areas as defined by Canada Post will be subject to additional charges. For these orders, our customer service will contact you to confirm the amount associated with your transaction.

Some oversized products (furniture, strollers, etc.) will also be subject to additional fees. For these products, identified by a “truck” pictogram, a 9% surcharge of the product cost will be applied up to $100 or $300 per order (depending on the province). These charges are not in addition to any other fees.

In the case of promotions where delivery is offered by Brault & Bouthillier, the conditions for remote areas and oversized products continue to apply.
