Clear flexible acrylic tubing, filled with 6 small loose beads, and capped with a non-removable bead at both ends. Configure it as a straight tube, a simple coil, a spiral, a knot or other 3D shapes, and turn, tilt and rotate the tube, using one hand or both, to track the beads, improve bilateral manipulation skills and coordination, and facilitate the range of motion of the wrist, elbow, shoulder and trunk.
