Description

Even little ones can program this clever bee-robot's routes. How many different mazes can you design for Bee-Bot?

More details

Great tool to develop intuitive programming through logical steps sequence. Program this pretty little bee robot's route by using the simple instructional buttons on its back. Bee-bot moves in 15-cm steps and emits sounds (can be deactivated) to confirm each step. With a memory of 200 steps, Bee-Bot can now detect another Bee-Bot or Blue-Bot. They will play a default sound or the students can record their own. Students can also record audio to play back when each button is pressed, making it more accessible to all students. Supplied with a USB lead, Bee-Bot can either be recharged via your computer or a wall socket with a USB mains adapter (not supplied). Automatically goes to sleep after 2 minutes of non-use. Approx. 4 hours of running time. Robust design with smooth-rolling, rubber wheels. Sturdy plastic. 13 x 10 x 7 cm high.

Additional information +

Children use an intuitive programming language to control this small, mobile bee robot with simple instructional buttons on its back: move forward, move backward, left and right 90° turns, delete program, 1 second pause, and GO. Program a route and when you press “GO”, Bee-Bot® executes your program, emitting a sound (can be deactivated) and flashing its eyes to confirm each step. Robot flashes and emits a different sound at the end. Simply press a button to delete the program then start programming a new route.
